We offer standard and expedited shipping within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

3. Shipping Times

Transit times are estimates and begin after processing. Delivery times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, natural disasters, or customs clearance.

4. Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided when available through Etsy or directly from the carrier.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, it is the carrier’s responsibility. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after dispatch. We strongly recommend selecting a shipping option with tracking and insurance for higher-value orders. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

6. Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes after order placement may incur additional fees and are not guaranteed.

7. International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, duties, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. We cannot predict or control these charges.
