Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and include all tags. Returns must be initiated within [14–30] days of delivery. Customized, personalized, or final-sale items cannot be returned unless defective.
2. How to Start a Return
Email us at returns@puppetlordspetworld.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible.
3. Return Shipping Costs
Returns due to our error — wrong item, defect, printing damage — are covered by us. Returns due to change of mind or fit are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within [5–10] business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
5. Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order if you need a different size or style.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at returns@puppetlordspetworld.com within [48 hours] of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or refund.
7. Final Sale
Clearance items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale at purchase cannot be returned under any circumstances.
